数字化供应链理论逻辑、现实挑战与创新路径

摘要: 随着人工智能、5G、区块链等数字技术的不断发展，供应链数字化转型成为供应链发展的总体趋势，然而现有研究针对数字化供应链抗风险和恢复能力，数据协同研究较少。基于此，首先对数字化供应链已有研究做出总结，界定了数字化供应链概念内涵；其次，系统归纳出当前阶段数字化供应链发展现状，包括数字基础设施建设持续展开，供应链数字集成和创新成果不断加快，数字化供应链服务模式日益创新；再次，梳理了目前数字化供应链所面临的新挑战，如数据安全问题、数据共享问题以及数字治理问题等。最后，针对数字化供应链新挑战提出创新发展路径。

Abstract: With the continuous development of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, 5G, and blockchain, the digital transformation of supply chains has become an overall trend in supply chain development. However, existing research focuses on the risk resistance and recovery capabilities of digital supply chains, and there are few studies on data collaboration. Based on this, we first summarize the existing research on digital supply chain and define the concept of digital supply chain. Secondly, we systematically summarize the development status of digital supply chain at the current stage, including the continued development of digital infrastructure construction, digital integration and innovation of supply chain. The results are constantly accelerating, and the digital supply chain service model is increasingly innovative; thirdly, the new challenges faced by the current digital supply chain are sorted out, such as data security issues, data sharing issues, and digital governance issues. Finally, innovative development paths are proposed in response to new challenges in the digital supply chain.
