Research on the Impact of Digital Economy on Service Consumption
摘要: 数字经济背景下,服务业数字化助推消费结构优化升级,服务消费成为扩大消费新引擎。近年来,我国居民的服务消费规模稳步提高,消费水平不断提升,对经济发展的贡献不断加大。本文通过梳理我国服务消费现状以及分析数字经济对服务消费的影响机制,提出影响我国服务消费发展的因素,如企业服务创新意识不足、信用体系不健全、平台经济存在短板与数字乡村建设落后等。为推动我国服务消费的发展,文章分别从加强数字技术创新,提升用户服务体验;强化信用信息体系,优化市场环境;加大政府投资力度,发展平台经济以及推进数字乡村建设,提振服务消费等角度提出相关建议,以供参考。
Abstract: In the context of the digital economy, the digitalization of the service industry has catalyzed the optimization and upgrading of the consumption structure, transforming service consumption into a new driver for expanding consumption. In recent years, the service consumption of Chinese residents has grown steadily, coupled with continuous improvements in the level of consumption and an increasing contribution to economic development. By examining China's current service consumption landscape and analyzing the impact mechanism of digital economy on service consumption, this paper identifi es the factors infl uencing the development of China's service consumption, such as enterprises' lack of service innovation consciousness, imperfect credit systems, challenges in the platform economy, and the lagging progress in the construction of digital villages. To promote the development of service consumption in China, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions, including enhancing user service experience, improving the credit information system, optimizing the market environment, increasing government investments, promoting the development of the platform economy and the construction of digital villages, all geared towards boosting service consumption.
