苏州加快发展金融业的对策研究

摘要: 在中央金融工作会议提出加快建设金融强国的背景下，苏州市金融业规模与打造世界级城市群的要求并不契合，亟须加快金融业发展。首先，本文回顾了金融发展的定义、评价指标和金融发展理论；其次，分析了苏州金融业现状，包括金融业概况、金融机构集聚情况、主要法人机构发展现状，比较苏州与深圳在金融业发展上的差距；再次，进一步分析了苏州发展金融业的优势和劣势；最后，文章提出苏州加快发展金融业的政策建议，包括打造功能性金融中心、做大做强持牌法人金融机构、发展数字金融产业和建设金融人才队伍，以期苏州提高金融业整体实力，更好地服务地方经济高质量发展。

Abstract: In the context of accelerating the construction of a financial power proposed at the Central Financial Work Conference, the scale of the fi nancial industry in Suzhou is not aligned with the requirements for building a worldclass urban agglomeration. It is urgent to speed up the development of the fi nancial industry. Firstly, this paper reviews the definition, evaluation index and theory of financial development. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of Suzhou's fi nancial industry, including the overview of fi nancial industry, the agglomeration of fi nancial institutions and
the development status of major legal entities, comparing the fi nancial development gap between Suzhou and Shenzhen; Thirdly, it further analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of developing financial industry in Suzhou. Finally, this paper puts forward policy suggestions on accelerating the development of Suzhou's fi nancial industry, including building a functional fi nancial center, strengthening licensed corporate fi nancial institutions, developing digital fi nance industry and building a team of fi nancial talents, with the aim of improving the overall strength of Suzhou's fi nancial industry and better serving the high-quality development of the local economy.
