粤港澳大湾区港口物流与对外贸易耦合协调发展研究

摘要: 由于粤港澳大湾区经济实力雄厚、国际化水平优先，具有天然的发展优势，是我国重要的国际贸易枢纽。本文通过构建港口物流与对外贸易两个系统的评估指标，利用熵值法计算各指标权重后，再构建耦合度模型、耦合协调度模型，并根据耦合协调度等级评价标准对两系统进行等级评定。研究结果显示，粤港澳大湾区港口物流与对外贸易整体协调等级处于轻度失调状态，离高度协调状态还有较大差距，且湾区内各港口间存在较大差异，耦合协调度指数最高的为中国香港。针对以上分析，文章提出以下建议：(1)加大港口的软硬件建设，提高对外贸易开放度；(2)增强中心城市辐射带动作用，加强协作，提高整体竞争力；(3)加快港口物流与对外贸易的融合发展，相互促进。

Abstract: Due to its strong economic strength, high level of internationalization and natural development advantages, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is an important international trade hub in China. This paper constructs the evaluation indexes of port logistics and foreign trade systems. After calculating the weights of each index by entropy method, it builds coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model. Based on the coupling coordination degree evaluation standards, the paper evaluates the two systems. The research results show that the overall
coordination level of port logistics and foreign trade in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is in a state of mild imbalance, with a significant gap from a highly coordinated state. Moreover, there are substantial differences among ports within the Bay Area, with Hong Kong having the highest coupling coordination degree index. In response to the above analysis, the paper proposes the following suggestions: (1) Enhance the soft and hard infrastructure of ports to improve the openness of foreign trade; (2) Strengthen the radiating and driving role of central cities, improve collaboration, and enhance overall competitiveness; (3) Accelerate the integrated development of port logistics and foreign trade to promote mutual benefi ts.
