数字化转型背景下生鲜农产品冷链物流效率的提升路径

Cold Chain Logistics Effi ciency Improvement Path of Fresh Agricultural Products under the Background of Digital Transformation

摘要: 数字化转型时期,生鲜农产品冷链物流的相关工作亟需得到积极有效的落实,以此来推动农业经济持续发展,并力求取得显著成效。为确保生鲜农产品的品质,降低农产品损耗,提升冷链物流效率是最直接且有效的手段,为此本文将从生鲜农产品冷链物流的工作特点出发,分析影响物流效率的因素,同时提出有效措施,借此保障生鲜农产品冷链物流进一步发展。研究发现,影响物流效率的因素有很多,通过加快信息技术建设、完善物流管理体系以及建设人才队伍等措施,可科学提升冷链物流效率,夯实生鲜农产品经济的基础。

Abstract: During the digital transformation era, the demand for eff ective implementation of cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural products has been actively addressed to promote the sustainable development of the agricultural economy and achieve signifi cant results. Ensuring the quality of fresh agricultural products, reducing product loss, and improving cold chain logistics efficiency are the most direct and effective measures. This paper starts with an exploration of the characteristics of cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural products, followed by an analysis of the factors infl uencing logistics effi ciency, and the proposal of eff ective measures to further advance cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural products. This study identifies many factors influencing the logistics efficiency, suggesting a need to accelerate the development of information technology, improve the logistics management system, and cultivate skilled personnel, so as to scientifi cally improve the cold chain logistics effi ciency, and consolidate the foundation of the fresh agricultural products economy.
