数字金融助力浙江“双循环”经济发展的路径研究

摘要: 本文首先界定了数字金融的概念及其核心特征，并阐述“双循环”经济模式的基本内涵与战略目标。其次，本文分析了数字金融对内部循环和外部循环的具体影响路径，包括优化金融服务体系、提升服务实体经济的效率、促进消费市场和产业的数字化转型，以及加强跨境支付系统建设、支持外贸新业态、提升国际金融市场互联互通和外汇风险管理能力的外部循环。此外，本研究还指出了浙江省在推进数字金融发展过程中面临的技术安全、数据隐私保护和金融监管政策等方面的挑战，并提出了相应的政策建议，如加强数字金融基础设施建设、深化监管创新、培育人才与技术创新、促进国际合作等，以供参考。

Abstract: This paper fi rst defi nes the concept of digital fi nance and its core characteristics, and expounds the basic connotation and strategic objectives of the “dual circulation” economic model. Then, it analyzes the specifi c impact paths of digital fi nance on internal and external circulation, including optimizing the fi nancial service system, improving the efficiency of serving the real economy, promoting the digital transformation of consumer markets and industries, and strengthening the construction of cross-border payment systems, supporting new forms of foreign trade, enhancing the external circulation of international financial market connectivity and foreign exchange risk management capabilities. In addition, the study points out the challenges that Zhejiang Province faces in advancing digital fi nance, specifi cally in areas such as technical security, data privacy protection, and fi nancial regulatory policies. It puts forward corresponding policy recommendations, such as strengthening the construction of digital fi nancial infrastructure, deepening regulatory innovation, cultivating talent and technological innovation, and promoting international cooperation.
