数字经济背景下江苏新零售模式创新研究

摘要: 随着数字经济的快速发展，数字化的高质量转型已成为各个领域的重要挑战。在数字经济背景下，传统零售行业诞生出新模式——“新零售”，在数字技术的发展与带动下，零售行业各个环节都面临着重塑的局面。江苏作为经济大省，其新零售行业也在快速发展，并不断寻找新的发展机遇以应对各种新型商业模式的挑战。本文通过对江苏新零售发展现状及所面临问题的全面分析，从数字经济的角度系统探讨了新零售模式创新的理论框架和实施路径。研究表明，数字经济的引入有助于优化决策机制，推动新零售企业以数据驱动决策，进而提升新零售模式的创新能力和市场竞争力。本文提出了建立以数据为基础的决策机制、引入先进的算法和技术、加强线上线下融合、提升消费者体验等策略建议，旨在为江苏省新零售行业的创新发展提供具有参考价值的策略方案。

Abstract: The rapid development of the digital economy has made high-quality digital transformation a crucial challenge in various fields. In the context of the digital economy, a new model known as "new retail" has emerged in the traditional retail industry. Driven by the development of digital technology, every aspect of the retail industry is undergoing signifi cant transformation. As a major economically developed province, Jiangsu has been experiencing rapid growth in its new retail industry and is continually seeking new development opportunities to address the challenges of various new business models. Through a comprehensive analysis of the development status and challenges faced by Jiangsu's new retail industry, this paper systematically explores the theoretical framework and implementation path of new retail model innovation within the context of the digital economy. The research indicates that introducing digital economy helps to optimize decision-making mechanisms, foster data-driven decisions of new retail enterprises, and subsequently enhance the innovation capability and market competitiveness of new retail models. This paper proposes several strategic suggestions, including establishing a data-based decision-making mechanism, introducing advanced algorithms and technologies, enhancing the synergy between online and offl ine channels, and improving consumer experience, aimed at providing strategic solutions with reference value for the innovative development of the new retail industry in Jiangsu Province.
