绿色债券发行和企业ESG表现——以京汽绿色债为例

摘要: 本文对北汽集团绿色债券的可持续性进行了全面评估，围绕ESG主题，通过收集相关数据，结合行业内的评判，分析了该债券在环保项目、社会责任和公司治理方面的表现。结果显示，京汽绿色债的发行使得北汽集团在环保和社会方面取得了显著进展，但在信息披露和计划公开方面仍存在一些潜在问题。文章为理解绿色债券的实施提供了深入洞察，并为绿色债券市场未来的可持续发展提出了建议，以供参考。

Abstract: This paper presents a comprehensive assessment of the sustainability of BAIC Group’s green bonds. Centering on the theme of ESG, it analyzes the performance of the bonds in terms of environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance by collecting relevant data and combining with industry judgments. The research results show that BAIC Group has made remarkable progress in environmental and social domains through the issuance of BAIC green bonds. However, there are still some potential issues in information and plan disclosure. This paper provides insight into the implementation of green bonds and off ers recommendations for the future sustainable development of the green bond market.
