中国对“一带一路”沿线国家文化产品出口的影响因素及潜力分析

Analysis on Infl uencing Factors and Potential of China’s Exports of Cultural Products to Belt and Road Countries

摘要: 秉承世界文化多样性理念,“一带一路”不仅传承和弘扬了中华文化,还为世界文化共融共通提供了有益的实践路径。文章基于随机前沿引力模型,通过UN Comtrade数据库整理2011—2022年中国向“一带一路”沿线49个国家出口核心文化产品的贸易额为研究样本,探讨影响中国文化产品出口的因素,并计算文化出口潜力和效率。结果表明,经济规模变量、人口规模变量、地理距离、共同语言都是重要的影响因素,对文化出口有促进作用。孔子学院、文化距离、成为WTO成员、政府效率、高技术出口占比、互联网使用数量等人为因素均对文化出口效率有显著影响。文章对贸易潜力和效率分析发现不同国家地区文化贸易潜力和效率差异较大,有较大的发展空间,应利用高质量共建“一带一路”契机,进一步挖掘贸易潜力,促进我国文化贸易高质量发展。

Abstract: Adhering to the concept of world cultural diversity, the Belt and Road Initiative not only inherits and promotes the Chinese culture, but also provides a useful practice path for the cultural integration in the world. Based on the stochastic frontier gravity model, this paper uses the UN Comtrade database to collate as the research sample the trade volume of core cultural products exported by China to 49 countries along the Belt and Road from 2011 to 2022, discusses the factors aff ecting the exports of Chinese cultural products, and calculates the potential and effi ciency of cultural exports. The empirical results indicate that the variables of economic scale, population size, geographic distance, and common language are all important infl uencing factors that promote cultural exports. Human factors such as Confucius Institutes, cultural distance, WTO membership, government efficiency, the proportion of high-tech exports, and the number of Internet users all have a signifi cant impact on the effi ciency of cultural exports. The analysis shows that the potential and effi ciency of cultural trade in diff erent countries and regions vary signifi cantly, and there is much room for development. We should use the opportunity of high-quality Belt and Road cooperation to further tap trade potential and boost the high-quality development of China’s cultural trade.
