基于ISM模型的数字化农产品供应链绩效评价研究

摘要: 数字化技术的快速发展，推动农产品供应链逐渐向数字化转型，这是行业发展的必然趋势。然而，农产品企业在数字化转型过程中面临着技术投入与成本压力、数据安全和隐私保护等困境与挑战。本文结合农产品供应链特点，从产品、物流、效率、用户、信息五个维度构建供应链绩效评价指标体系，运用ISM模型分析各影响因素间的关系，为提高数字化农产品供应链绩效提出科学的决策依据，以供参考。

Abstract: The rapid development of digital technology has pushed the supply chain of agricultural products to gradually transform to digitalization, which is an inevitable trend of industry development. However, agricultural enterprises face dilemmas and challenges such as technical input, cost pressure, data security, and privacy protection in the transformation process. Combined with the characteristics of the agricultural supply chain, the paper constructs a supply chain performance evaluation index system from fi ve dimensions: products, logistics, effi ciency, users, and information,
and analyzes the relationship between the infl uencing factors by using the ISM model to provide a scientifi c decisionmaking basis for improving the performance of the digitalized agricultural supply chain.
