清洁能源贸易格局演变及影响机制研究——以氢气为例

摘要: 选取2011—2022年全球125个国家(地区)氢气贸易数据,基于时间指数随机图模型研究了氢气全球贸易依赖网络动态演化机制,并对发达国家和发展中国家两个群体进行异质性检验。结果表明:氢气全球贸易依赖网络具有“小世界”“中心-边缘”“多核”结构特征,“富人俱乐部”现象明显;相较于2011年,2022年全球清洁能源贸易网络社群结构发生了较大变化,美国主导的集群大幅拓展,英国主导的集群日益收缩,英俄贸易中断;中美之间存在非对称性依赖,中国在网络中扮演跟随者角色;网络结构演化同时受到内外生效应影响,是一种高度自组织过程,存在较强的等级效应和分层级网络集聚现象,网络中部分国家间互有双向贸易行为,且倾向以群体结构运作;内外生效应对国家贸易依赖的影响因国家经济发展水平不同而具有异质性。

Abstract: This paper selects the hydrogen trade data of 125 countries (regions) worldwide from 2011 to 2022, and studies the dynamic evolution mechanism of hydrogen global trade dependence network based on the time index random graph model, and tests the heterogeneity of two groups in developed and developing countries. The results show that the global hydrogen trade dependence network has the characteristics of a “small world”“center-periphery”, and “multi-core” structure, with a clear phenomenon of “rich club”; Compared to 2011, there have been significant changes in the community structure of the global clean energy trade network in 2022. The cluster led by the United States has significantly expanded, while the cluster led by the United Kingdom is increasingly shrinking, leading to a disruption in trade between the UK and Russia; There is asymmetric dependence between China and the United States, and China plays a follower role in the internet; The evolution of network structure is influenced by both internal and external factors, and is a highly self-organizing process with strong hierarchical effects and hierarchical network clustering. Some countries in the network have two-way trade behavior with each other and tend to operate in a group structure; The impact of internal and external measures on national trade dependence varies depending on the level of economic development of the country.
