数字贸易与消费升级对高质量发展的影响机理及路径研究

摘要: 数字技术快速发展背景下，数字贸易与消费升级日益成为塑造经济格局的重要因素，数字技术与消费升级影响了生产、流通、分配和消费各个环节，实现了生产效益的提高、交易效率的提高及消费体验的创新。为了应对新的发展格局，本文提出了新的发展路径，通过加强数字基础设施建设、培育数据要素市场、完善税收治理与反垄断机制，推进以数据驱动为核心、以平台为支撑、以商产融合为主线的数字化、网络化、智能化发展模式的发展，营造贸易数字化良好环境，以期为贸易高质量发展注入强劲动能。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of digital technology, digital trade and consumption upgrading have increasingly become important factors in shaping the economic landscape. Digital technology and consumption upgrading have aff ected various aspects of production, circulation, distribution, and consumption, achieving improvements in production effi ciency and transaction effi ciency, as well as innovation in consumer experience. To cope with the new development pattern, this paper proposes a new development path. By strengthening digital infrastructure construction, cultivating a data factor market, and improving tax governance and anti-monopoly mechanisms, the development of a digital, networked, and intelligent development model with data-driven as the core, platform supported, and business industry integration as the main line will be promoted and a favorable environment for trade digitization will be created to inject strong momentum into high-quality trade development.
