基于邮政物流体系的农产品供应链创新模式研究

摘要: 本文以数字经济时代中国乡村振兴为背景，聚焦农产品产业链、供应链、创新链的协同融合，探讨基于邮政物流体系的农产品供应链创新模式，以提高农产品供应链的运营效率、降低成本、提高竞争力，并实现可持续发展。通过对邮政物流体系在农产品供应链中应用现状、优势和不足的分析，本文提出制定科学的实施方案、持续改进与绿色物流理念、构建农产品供应链生态圈等发展策略，以支持农产品发展需要，推进乡村全面振兴。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of China’s rural revitalization in the era of the digital economy, this paper focuses on the collaborative integration of the agricultural product industrial chain, supply chain, and innovation chain, and explores an innovation model for the agricultural product supply chain based on the postal logistics system, aiming to enhance the operational effi ciency of the agricultural product supply chain, reduce costs, strengthen competitiveness, and achieve sustainable development. Through an analysis of the current application status, advantages, and shortcomings of the postal logistics system in the agricultural product supply chain, the paper proposes development strategies such as formulating scientifi c implementation plans, continuous improvement and green logistics concepts, and building an agricultural product supply chain ecosystem. These strategies aim to support the needs of agricultural product development and promote comprehensive rural revitalization.
