数字化转型视角下的政府服务能力建设——以江西省为例

摘要: 在当前政策和社会背景下，江西省的数字政府建设正蓬勃发展。本文通过研究江西省的发展现状分析其发展模式，并从多维度和多角度展开论述，深入挖掘江西省数字政府服务能力的不足。江西省数字政府建设在数字化转型浪潮中扮演着重要角色，其数字政府治理水平相比全国其余省份处于上游位置，但同时也面临着一些挑战。首先，江西省数字政府的政务公开服务缺位，信息共享不到位。其次，江西省数字政府的服务平台用户体验感差，给公众带来诸多不便。最后，江西省数字政府无法做到政府与公众的有效交流。综上所述，文章通过对江西省数字政府建设的研究，得出了对江西省在数字化转型视角下进一步推进数字政府工作有益的启示和建议，这些建议对江西省的数字化转型具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Under the current policy and social background, the construction of digital government in Jiangxi Province is fl ourishing. By studying the current development status of Jiangxi Province, this paper will analyze its development model and discuss it from multiple dimensions and perspectives, delving into the shortcomings of Jiangxi Province’s digital government service capabilities. The digital government construction in Jiangxi Province plays an important role in the wave of digital transformation, and the digital government governance level of Jiangxi Province is at the forefront compared to other provinces in the country. However, it also faces certain challenges. First of all, the digital government of Jiangxi Province lacks transparency in government services, and information sharing is inadequate. Secondly, the user experience of Jiangxi Province’s digital government service platform is poor, causing inconvenience for the public. Finally, the digital government of Jiangxi Province cannot achieve eff ective communication between the government and the public. In summary, through the study of digital government construction in Jiangxi Province, the article has come up with useful insights and suggestions that are useful for further promoting digital government in Jiangxi Province under the perspective of digital transformation, which are of certain reference value for the digital transformation of Jiangxi Province.
