摘要: 本文聚焦于科技赋能和数据赋能在外汇改革与监管领域以及对实体经济的影响。本文通过深入分析云计算、人工智能、区块链和大数据等技术在外汇市场的应用，探讨了这些科技如何优化外汇交易流程、提升监管效能，并为实体经济提供更高效、安全的服务。通过对实际案例的研究，本文揭示了这些技术在降低交易成本、提高交易透明度和创新监管模式等方面的积极影响，旨在为外汇改革和监管的实践提供有益的参考，促进实体经济在全球市场中的竞争力和可持续发展。

Abstract: This study focuses on the impact of technology empowerment and data empowerment in the fi eld of foreign exchange reform and supervision and on the real economy. Through in-depth analysis of the application of technologies such as cloud computing, artifi cial intelligence, blockchain and big data in the foreign exchange market, it discusses how these technologies can optimize the foreign exchange transaction process, improve regulatory effi ciency, and provide more efficient and secure services for the real economy. Through the study of actual cases, this paper reveals the positive impact of these technologies in reducing transaction costs, improving transaction transparency and innovating regulatory models. This research aims to provide a useful reference for the practice of foreign exchange reform and supervision, and promote the competitiveness and sustainable development of the real economy in the global market.
