内循环视域下扩大内需及消费升级的动态关系分析

摘要: 当前，全球经济正在深度调整，我国步入经济发展新常态阶段，市场需求有待提振，稳增长需要持续发力。党中央多次都强调要不断扩大内需，提高居民消费需求，释放居民消费潜力，各部委及地方政府都出台了系列相关政策和措施，旨在推动经济发展。由此可见，扩大内需促进消费，稳定经济增长是当前经济发展中的重点。本文基于内循环视域进行分析，研究扩大内需和消费升级之间的动态关系，并探究通过扩大内需、促进消费升级实现良性内循环的有效对策，为我国市场经济的持续、健康、高效发展提供一些思路，仅供参考。

Abstract: At present, the global economy is undergoing deep adjustments, China has entered a new normal stage of economic development, market demand continues to be low, and stabilizing growth requires sustained eff orts. The CPC Central Committee has repeatedly emphasized the need to continuously expand domestic demand, increase consumer demand and release the potential for consumption, and various ministries and local governments have introduced a series of relevant policies and measures aimed at promoting economic development. This shows that expanding domestic demand to promote consumption and stabilize economic growth is the focus of current economic development. This paper analyzes based on the perspective of internal cycle, studies the dynamic relationship between expanding domestic demand and consumption upgrading, and explores the eff ective countermeasures to realize the benign internal cycle through expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption upgrading, so as to provide some ideas for the sustainable, healthy and effi cient development of China's market economy, for reference only.
