我国科技创新效率与经济发展水平的耦合协调研究

摘要: 科技创新作为经济发展的重要驱动力，扮演了极其重要的角色；经济发展也为科技的进步与创新奠定了坚实的基础，是科技创新的重要支撑。充分把握科技创新与经济发展的关系对实现我国经济高质量发展具有重要意义。本文基于我国31个省市2012—2021年的相关数据，构建了科技创新效率和经济发展水平的指标体系。本文用熵值法分别对两个子系统进行综合评价，再利用耦合协调度模型分析科技创新效率与经济发展水平的协调程度。研究发现：各省市科技创新效率和经济发展水平差异较大，协调发展不平衡，存在地区异质性。据此，本文提出提高科技创新效率和经济发展水平两个子系统协调程度的建议，促进两者协调发展，加快跨区域的合作与建设，实现我国整体协调水平的提升。

Abstract: Scientific and technological innovation, as a crucial driving force for economic development, plays an exceptionally vital role; Economic development also lays a solid foundation for technological progress and innovation, and is an important support for technological innovation. Fully grasping the relationship between technological innovation and economic development is of great significance for achieving high-quality economic development in China. Drawing upon data from 31 provinces and cities in China spanning the years 2012 to 2021, this study develops an index system evaluating the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in relation to the level of economic development. Use the entropy method to comprehensively evaluate the two subsystems, and then use the coupling coordination model to analyze the degree of coordination between scientific and technological innovation efficiency and economic development level. The findings reveal significant disparities in the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation, as well as the degree of economic development, among provinces and cities. Moreover, the balanced coordination of development is uneven, characterized by pronounced regional heterogeneity. Based on this, this article proposes suggestions to improve the coordination degree of the two subsystems of scientific and technological innovation efficiency and economic development level, promote the coordinated development of the two, accelerate cross regional cooperation and construction, and achieve the improvement of China’s overall coordination level.
