金融科技助力构建双循环新发展格局研究

摘要: 金融科技是促进构建双循环新发展格局的重要手段，通过数字化金融基础设施建设、数据驱动经济决策等给双循环经济发展带来了巨大红利。金融科技作为推动双循环新发展格局的关键手段，正在以前所未有的方式改变着经济发展的面貌。在此过程中，金融科技的创新应用不仅提高了经济运行效率，还促进了资源配置的优化和产业结构的升级。随着金融科技的不断深化，我国的经济发展将更加注重内需市场的发展，实现国内外市场、“引进来”和“走出去”的良性互动，为构建更加稳健可持续的经济格局提供强大支撑。目前，我国双循环新发展格局构建已取得阶段性的成就，但不可否认的是在其发展过程中仍面临一些困境，如数字基础设施建设东西部不平衡、法律监管不到位、羊群效应等。对此，本文建议政府加强推进数字基础设施布局建设，优化数据治理、优化技术引领与人才赋能等。

Abstract: Financial technology plays a pivotal role in fostering the building of a new dual-circulation development pattern. Through the construction of digital financial infrastructure and data-driven economic decision-making, fintech generates substantial benefits for dual-circulation economic development. As a pivotal means to foster the building of a new dual-circulation development pattern, fi ntech is changing economic development in an unparalleled way. In this process, the innovative application of fi ntech not only enhances the effi ciency of economic activities but also fosters the optimization of resource allocation and the upgrading of industrial structure. With the continuous deepening of fi ntech, China will increasingly focus on nurturing its domestic demand market for its economic development, realizing the positive interaction between domestic and foreign markets as well as "bringing in" and "going global", and providing strong support for building a more stable and sustainable economic pattern. At present, China has achieved notable progress in building a new dual-circulation development pattern. However, it is undeniable that persisting challenges exist in the building process, such as disparity in digital infrastructure development between eastern and western regions, insuffi cient legal regulation, and herding eff ect. To address these issues, it is suggested that the government should enhance the development and construction of digital infrastructure, improve digital governance, and optimize technology guidance
and talent empowerment.
