RCEP背景下南宁跨境电商综合试验区发展的机遇与挑战

摘要: 广西“一湾相挽十一国、良性互动东中西”的独特地理优势在RCEP背景下日益显现。南宁跨境电子商务综合试验区位于广西首府，对带动广西跨境电子商务发展至关重要。因此，本文分析了南宁跨境电子商务综合试验区的现状，探讨了RCEP给广西跨境电子商务带来的机遇，指出了广西跨境电子贸易发展中的问题和挑战，希望为RCEP背景下加快广西跨境电子商务发展提供对策建议。

Abstract: The unique geographical advantage of Guangxi, which connects eleven countries with one bay and promotes positive interaction between the east, west, and central regions, is increasingly evident in the context of RCEP. The Nanning Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone is located in the capital of Guangxi, which is crucial for driving the development of cross-border e-commerce in Guangxi. Therefore, this article analyzes the current situation of Nanning Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone, explores the opportunities that RCEP brings to Guangxi’s cross-border e-commerce, points out the problems and challenges in the development of Guangxi’s cross-border e-commerce, and hopes to provide countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the development of Guangxi’s crossborder e-commerce under the background of RCEP.
