绿色发展理念引领下大连市物流业高质量发展的实践路径研究

摘要: 在绿色发展理念引领下，促进物流业高质量发展，是生态文明建设和社会和谐发展的重要保障。作为大连市传统优势产业之一的物流业在践行绿色发展理念方面，虽然在政策支持、基础设施建设等方面取得了一定成果，但尚未有行之有效的路径和机制。鉴于此，文章在厘清大连市物流业践行绿色发展理念的现状和困境的基础上，为其探索出基于“政府、企业、协会和联盟、消费者”四方联动的绿色物流发展机制和实践路径，并有针对性地给出实施建议，以供参考。

Abstract: Under the guidance of the concept of green development, promoting the high-quality development of the logistics industry is an important guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization and social harmonious development. As one of the traditional advantageous industries in Dalian, the logistics industry has made some achievements in policy support and infrastructure construction in practicing the concept of green development, but there is no eff ective path and mechanism. In view of this, on the basis of clarifying the current situation and diffi culties of the practice of green development concept in Dalian logistics industry, the paper explores the development mechanism and practice path based on the linkage of “government, enterprises, associations and alliance, and consumers”. Targeted implementation recommendations are provided for reference.
