数字经济、技术创新与产业结构升级

摘要: 本文选取2011—2021年省级面板数据，实证分析数字经济、技术创新与产业结构升级的内在逻辑关系。研究发现：数字经济能显著促进产业结构升级，且该结论在经过更换被解释变量、缩尾处理后仍然稳健；数字经济能够通过技术创新间接推动产业结构升级。区域异质性结果表明，数字经济对东部和西部地区的产业结构升级促进作用比较显著，对中部地区的产业结构升级没有显著促进作用。据此，本文提出加强数字经济基础建设、实施差异化数字经济发展战略的建议，以实现经济高质量发展。

Abstract: Provincial panel data from 2011 to 2021 is selected to empirically analyze the internal logical relationship between digital economy, technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading. It is found that: digital economy can signifi cantly promote industrial structure upgrading, and the conclusion is still robust after replacing the explanatory variables and winsorization; digital economy can indirectly promote industrial structure upgrading through technological innovation. The results of regional heterogeneity show that the digital economy promotes the industrial structure upgrading of the eastern region and the western region more signifi cantly, and does not promote the industrial structure upgrading of the central region significantly. Accordingly, suggestions are made to strengthen the infrastructure of the digital economy and implement diff erentiated digital economy development strategies, in order to achieve high-quality economic development.
