数字经济赋能“一带一路”高质量发展的机理与路径研究

摘要: “一带一路”弘扬和平合作、开放包容的精神，力求通过加强各国间互联互通，实现优势互补，推动共同繁荣。它不仅仅着眼于各国的自身发展，还关注世界经济复苏的大局，致力于让世界共享发展的成果。在数字化浪潮中，“一带一路”迎来了新机遇。数字经济的发展为其提供了多元化的实现路径，通过数字赋能，不但强化了合作共识，而且优化了资源配置，释放了发展潜力，推动了普惠发展，这是时代发展与人类共同愿景的完美契合。随着数字技术的飞速发展，数字经济已成为推动全球经济变革的重要力量。本文围绕数字经济如何赋能“一带一路”下的高质量发展展开深入研究。首先，文章分析了数字经济与“一带一路”的契合性，阐明了数字经济带来的机遇与挑战。其次，探讨了数字经济赋能的机理，包括技术创新、产业升级、合作模式创新等方面。最后，提出了数字经济下“一带一路”高质量发展的路径选择，包括推进传统基础设施数字化升级、推进数字经济合作、推进数字丝绸之路建设等。本文旨在为推动“一带一路”在数字经济时代实现高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract: The Belt and Road Initiative promotes the spirit of peaceful cooperation, openness and tolerance and strives to achieve complementary advantages and promote common prosperity by strengthening interconnection among countries. It not only focuses on the development of each country, but also pays attention to the overall situation of world economic recovery. It is committed to making the world share the fruits of development. In the wave of digitalization, the “Belt and Road Initiative” has ushered in new opportunities. The development of digital economy provides diversifi ed
paths for its realization. Through digital empowerment, it not only strengthens the consensus of cooperation, but also optimizes the allocation of resources, releases the development potential and promotes the inclusive development, which is the perfect fi t between the development of the times and the common vision of mankind. With the rapid development of digital technology, digital economy has become an important force to promote global economic change. This paper focuses on how the digital economy can empower high-quality development under the “Belt and Road” Initiative. First of all, it analyzes the correspondence between the digital economy and the “Belt and Road” Initiative and expounds the opportunities and challenges brought by the digital economy. Secondly, it discusses the mechanism of digital economy empowerment, including technological innovation, industrial upgrading, cooperation model innovation and so on. Finally, it puts forward the path choice of the “Belt and Road” high-quality development under the digital economy, including promoting the digital upgrading of traditional infrastructure, promoting digital economic cooperation, and promoting the construction of the digital Silk Road. This study aims to provide reference for promoting the “Belt and Road” Initiative to achieve high-quality development in the digital economy era.
