探究数实融合对零售行业的影响

摘要: 近年来，数字经济与实体经济迅速融合，数实融合成为发展重点，各行各业都向新的模式进行转变。随着扩内需、促消费的各项政策措施逐步推进和落实，进一步推动了零售业的复苏，居民消费需求迅速释放，服务零售业保持稳健增长。同时，随着数实融合对于零售行业的推动，数字零售和实体零售都开始了快速的发展和变革。抖音电商和山姆超市分别作为数字零售与实体零售行业的领军企业，其运营模式及改革创新具有极高的代表性和参考价值。本文以抖音电商和山姆超市作为切入点，深入探讨数字零售与实体零售的基本行业背景、现状，以及两者之间的本质区别和优劣，以期探究数实融合后零售业内部的结构性变革，并展望未来零售业的发展趋势。

Abstract: In recent years, the digital economy and the real economy have rapidly integrated, the integration of the digital economy and real economy has become the focus of development, all walks of life are changing to the new model. With the gradual promotion and implementation of policies and measures to expand domestic demand and promote consumption, the retail industry has been further promoted to recover, consumer demand has been released rapidly, and the service retail industry has maintained a steady growth. At the same time, with the promotion of the integration of the
 digital economy and real economy for the retail industry, digital retail and physical retail have begun a rapid development and transformation. Douyin e-commerce and Sam's Club are the leading enterprises in digital retail and physical retail respectively. Their operation model and innovation have high representativeness and reference value. We can take Douyin e-commerce and Sam's Club as the starting point to explore the basic industry background and status quo of digital retail and physical retail, as well as the essential diff erences and advantages and disadvantages between the two, with a view to exploring the structural changes in the retail industry after the integration of digital economy and real economy and looking forward to the future development trend of retail industry.
