新质生产力赋能黑龙江省高端装备制造业的路径与保障

摘要: 新质生产力是一种以科技创新为驱动，以智能化、信息化、绿色化、高端化为核心的新型生产力。文章分析了新质生产力对于提升黑龙江省高端装备制造业竞争力的几个关键途径：加强科技创新、促进数智化转型、优化产业结构以及推进绿色发展。通过这些路径，黑龙江省高端装备制造业能够在科技创新的推动下提升自主研发能力，通过数智化转型实现生产过程的优化，通过优化产业结构实现更高效的资源配置，最终通过绿色发展实现可持续发展。同时，本文也提出了一系列具体的保障措施，包括完善内外部制度、吸引和培养更多人才，以及加强资金支持，确保新质生产力能有效促进黑龙江省高端装备制造业的发展。

Abstract: The new quality productive forces are a new type of productive forces driven by scientifi c and technological innovation and with intelligence, information, green and high-end development as its core. The article analyzes several key paths of new quality productive forces to enhance the competitiveness of Heilongjiang high-end equipment manufacturing industry: strengthening scientifi c and technological innovation, promoting digital intelligent transformation, optimizing industrial structure, and promoting green development. Through these paths, Heilongjiang Province’s high-tech equipment manufacturing can enhance independent R&D capability through scientific and technological innovation, optimize manufacturing process through digital intelligent transformation, enhance resource allocation capability through industrial structure optimization, and fi nally achieve sustainable development through green development. At the same time, a series of concrete safeguards are also proposed, such as improving internal and external systems, attracting and cultivating more talents, and strengthening fi nancial support, etc., so as to ensure that the new quality productive forces will eff ectively promote the development of high-end equipment manufacturing in Heilongjiang Province.
