数字化转型、供应链成本与企业价值

摘要: 数字化转型通过降低企业供应链成本，为提高企业价值做出巨大贡献。本文运用2015—2020年我国A股上市公司数据，以企业供应链成本为中介变量，研究数字化转型对企业价值的影响。研究发现：数字化转型能有效降低上市公司的供应链成本，从而提高企业价值。本文的研究结果能有效帮助企业进行数字化转型决策，同时补充了现有文献中有关数字化转型对企业价值作用机制中缺少供应链成本路径的现状。

Abstract: Digital transformation makes a great contribution to improving enterprise value by reducing the supply chain cost of the enterprise. Based on the data of A-share listed companies in China from 2015 to 2020, this paper studies the impact of digital transformation on enterprise value by setting enterprise’s supply chain cost as the mediating variable. The research fi nds that digital transformation can eff ectively reduce the supply chain cost of listed companies, thus improving enterprise value. The research results of this paper eff ectively help enterprises make decisions on digital transformation, and also make up for the lack of supply chain cost in the mechanism of digital transformation on enterprise value in the existing literature.
