数字经济赋能济南市制造业高质量发展的机理及路径研究

摘要: 制造业是我国工业的重要组成部分。作为国民经济的支柱性产业，在国内外复杂多变的形势下，制造业的发展既能维护国内经济的稳定性和有序性，构建稳定的社会就业格局，又对构建双循环新发展格局和加快现代化经济体系的建设进程具有积极意义。我国在党的二十大和“十四五”规划中，着重强调了建设制造强国、数字经济与实体经济融合的重要性，出台了一系列政策为传统产业优化升级提供支撑，力求让我国产业逐步朝着全球价值链的中高端方向发展。本文首先分析数字经济赋能制造业高质量发展的机理以及数字经济对制造业高质量发展的影响，其次从几个方面深入探究数字经济赋能济南市制造业高质量发展的具体路径，以供参考。

Abstract: Manufacturing is an important component of China’s industry. As a pillar industry of the national economy, the development of the manufacturing industry can not only maintain the stability and orderliness of the domestic economy and build a stable social employment pattern but also have positive signifi cance in building a new development pattern of dual circulation and accelerating the construction process of a modern economic system in the complex and ever-changing situation both at home and abroad. In the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 14th Five-Year Plan, China emphasized the importance of building a manufacturing power and integrating the digital economy with the real economy. A series of policies were introduced to provide support for the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries, aiming to gradually develop China’s industries towards the mid-to-high end of the global value chain. This paper first analyzes the mechanism of digital economy empowering the high-quality development of manufacturing industry and the impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry. Secondly, it deeply explores the specific path of digital economy empowering the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Ji'nan City from several aspects in order to provide useful reference.
