互联网背景下河北智慧物流管理模式的发展策略研究

摘要: 互联网时代，各类信息技术在我国各行各业都得到了广泛应用，也深刻改变了传统行业的发展格局，其中对物流行业领域的影响表现得尤为显著。基于互联网信息技术的发展，我国传统物流体系逐步转变为智慧物流模式，有效提高了物流体系的服务质量。本文首先阐述了互联网时代背景下智慧物流管理模式的发展现状，其次明确了智慧物流管理模式的具体建设内容，最后从完善智慧物流的政策体系、细化智慧物流的管理制度、优化控制智慧物流的成本、加快信息技术的融入进程、完善智慧物流人才培养机制五个方面，探讨了河北省智慧物流管理模式的发展策略。

Abstract: In the Internet era, various information technologies have been widely applied in various industries in China, profoundly changing the development landscape of traditional sectors. Among them, the impact on the logistics industry is particularly signifi cant.Based on the development of the Internet information technology, China’s traditional logistics system has gradually transformed into an intelligent logistics model, which has eff ectively improved the service quality of the logistics system. This paper expounds the current development status of the intelligent logistics management model in the Internet era and then defi nes the specifi c construction content of the model. Finally, from the fi ve aspects of improving the policy system of intelligent logistics, refi ning the management system of intelligent logistics, optimizing and controlling the cost of intelligent logistics, speeding up the integration process of information technology, and perfecting the training mechanism for intelligent logistics talents., the paper discusses the development strategy of the intelligent logistics management model in Hebei Province.
