供应链融资缓解小微企业融资难的策略研究——以江苏常州为例

摘要: 小微企业是国民经济和社会发展的重要组成部分。在供应链金融发展的背景下研究小微企业融资现状，归纳小微企业在供应链融资中的存在问题及其成因，是学界和业界十分关注的问题。研究供应链融资为小微企业发展的融资支持保驾护航，对小微企业高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。本文以江苏常州为例，在研究常州小微企业融资现状的基础上，分析常州小微企业供应链融资存在的问题，并进一步分析其成因，依据现状分析、问题探析，最终提出推动常州小微企业供应链融资健康发展的政策建议：政府应营造良好的金融环境、加大政策扶持力度，银行要加强产品设计，企业要加强链上企业合作。政府、银行、小微企业、核心企业都应积极而为，形成合力，推动常州小微企业供应链融资的健康发展。

Abstract: Small and micro enterprises are an important part of the national economy and social development. Studying the current situation of fi nancing for small and micro enterprises under the development of supply chain fi nance, summarizing the existing problems and causes of small and micro enterprises in supply chain fi nancing, is a matter of great concern to both academia and industry. Research on supply chain finance can provide financing support for the development of small and micro enterprises, which is of great practical significance for the high-quality development of small and micro enterprises. Taking Changzhou, Jiangsu as an example, based on the study of the fi nancing status of small and micro enterprises in Changzhou, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the supply chain financing of small and micro enterprises in Changzhou, and further analyzes the causes. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems, the paper finally puts forward policy suggestions to promote the healthy development of supply chain fi nancing for small and micro enterprises in Changzhou: the government should create a favorable fi nancial environment and increase policy support, banks should strengthen product design, and enterprises should strengthen cooperation with upstream enterprises. The government, banks, small and micro enterprises, and core enterprises should all actively contribute to form a concerted eff ort to promote the healthy development of supply chain fi nancing for small and micro enterprises in Changzhou.
