基于经济韧性提升的天津市产业数字化赋能研究

摘要: 本文基于建立天津经济韧性与天津数字经济的综合评价模型，熵值法赋权指标层，通过线性加权法得出经济韧性与数字经济2011—2021年的综合值，从而计算出两者之间的耦合协调度。2011年起，天津经济韧性与天津数字经济耦合协调度呈逐渐良好趋势，由典型相关性可知，天津经济韧性与数字经济存在显著相关性，影响和提升天津经济韧性与数字经济的关键因素是城市GDP、一般公共支出、互联网宽带接入端口数、全市研发活动R&D经费支出、规模以上工业有效发明专利数。本文基于经济韧性提升的关键驱动指标对天津产业数字化赋能提供建议，以供参考。

Abstract: Based on establishing a comprehensive evaluation model of Tianjin’s economic resilience and its digital economy, this paper assigns the index layer with the entropy evaluation method, and obtains the comprehensive value of economic resilience and digital economy from 2011 to 2021 by the linear weighting method, so as to calculate the coupling coordination degree between them. Since 2011, Tianjin’s economic resilience and the coupling coordination degree of its digital economy have shown a development trend of gradual improvement, reflecting the high degree of interdependence and mutual restriction between them. According to the typical correlation, there is a signifi cant correlation between Tianjin’s economic resilience and its digital economy. The key factors that affect and enhance Tianjin’s economic resilience and its digital economy are the city’s GDP, general public expenditure, number of Internet broadband access ports, R&D expenditure, and number of effective industrial invention patents above designated size. Based on the key driving indicators of the improvement of economic resilience, this paper provides suggestions on the industrial digitalization empowerment of Tianjin for reference.
