新制度经济学视角下如何通过制度建设促进创新能力提升

摘要: 当前，我国经济发展已经转变为高质量发展，而做好高质量经济发展的关键在于创新，在知识经济的环境下，创新已成为经济增长的核心动力。在新制度经济学视角下，本文运用制度变迁理论对企业创新现状进行分析，针对企业与市场边界、企业产权保护、企业自身制度、社会制度建设四方面问题提出改善建议。同时，新制度经济学通过减少交易成本的方式可以降低企业的创新风险、激励企业创新且互相提供前进动力，从而达到促进创新的目的。

Abstract: Currently, China's economic development has transitioned to high-quality development, and the key to high-quality economic development lies in innovation. In the environment of knowledge economy, innovation has emerged the core driving force of economic growth. From the perspective of new institutional economics, the theory of institutional change is used to analyze the current situation of enterprise innovation, and suggestions for improvement are put forward in four aspects: the boundary between enterprises and the market, the protection of enterprise property rights, the enterprise’s own system, and the construction of social systems. At the same time, new institutional economics can reduce the innovation risks of enterprises by reducing transaction costs, encourage enterprises to innovate, and provide each other with forward momentum, thereby promoting innovation.
