安徽省产业结构升级测度及产业结构优化研究

摘要: 文章从四个层次对安徽省2000—2006年、2007—2013年和2014—2021年三个时期的产业转移升级状况进行横向和纵向研究。首先，本文对安徽省及其16个地级市的产业转型升级现状以及三大产业的转型升级方向进行分析。其次，综合使用Lilien模型和More值模型对安徽省三大产业转型升级的速度进行测度。再次，构建Shift-share模型对安徽省及其16个地级市的劳动生产率进行分解，得出安徽省22年间产业转型升级速度良好且产业内部结构效应是促进安徽省劳动生产率增长的主要原因。最后，本文提出了安徽省产业结构优化的对策建议，以供参考。

Abstract: This paper conducts horizontal and vertical research on the industrial transfer and upgrading of Anhui Province in the three periods of 2000-2006, 2007-2013 and 2014-2021 from four levels. Firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation of industrial transformation and upgrading in Anhui Province and its 16 prefecture-level cities and the direction of transformation and upgrading of the three major industries. Secondly, the Lilien model and the More model are used to measure the efficiency of transformation and upgrading of the three major industries in Anhui Province. Thirdly, the shift-share model is constructed to analyze the labor productivity of Anhui Province and its 16 prefecture-level cities. It is concluded that the good effi ciency of industrial transformation and upgrading in Anhui Province in the past 22 years and the eff ect of industrial internal structure mainly contribute to the growth of labor productivity in Anhui Province. Furthermore, the strategic responses and suggestions for the optimization of industrial structure in Anhui Province are proposed.
