低碳试点政策与新能源产业发展研究

摘要: 低碳试点政策是应对气候变化和推动可持续发展的重要举措，政府、企业和社会各方共同努力，共建共享低碳环境的愿景正在逐渐成为现实。在低碳试点政策的推行过程中，政策驱动力与新发展理念将进一步助推新能源产业发展，更好地发挥新能源产业作为减缓气候变化、改善空气质量，促进经济增长，推动科技创新和提升竞争力的重要支撑。本文基于低碳试点政策背景下新能源产业的发展现状及存在的问题，提出促进新能源产业发展的优化路径，以期促进新能源产业的高质量发展。

Abstract: The low-carbon pilot policy is an important measure to deal with climate change and promote sustainable development. The vision of building and sharing a low-carbon environment is gradually becoming a reality with the joint eff orts of the government, enterprises, and society. In the process of implementing the low-carbon pilot policy, the policy driving force and the new development concept will further promote the development of the new energy industry, and better play the new energy industry as an important support for mitigating climate change, improving air quality, promoting economic growth, promoting scientifi c and technological innovation and enhancing competitiveness. Based on the current situation and existing problems of the development of new energy industry under the background of low-carbon pilot policy, this article puts forward the optimization path to promote the development of new energy industry, in order to promote the high-quality development of new energy industry.
