数字普惠金融驱动产业结构升级研究——经济政策不确定性的调节效应

摘要: 本文以2011—2021年中国30个省级面板数据为研究对象，研究数字普惠金融对产业结构升级的影响以及经济政策不确定性对两者关系的调节效应。结果表明：(1)数字普惠金融及其子维度能显著促进产业结构升级，其中覆盖广度影响程度最大；(2)数字普惠金融促进产业结构升级受经济政策不确定性的抑制性调节；(3)数字普惠金融对中部地区产业结构升级的促进作用最大，在引入经济政策不确定性后，东部、中部地区仍表现为抑制调节，而西部地区则无调节效应。

Abstract: Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021, this article studies the impact of digital inclusive fi nance on the upgrading of industrial structure and the moderating eff ect of economic policy uncertainty on the relationship between them. The results show that: (1) Digital Inclusive Finance and its sub-dimensions can significantly promote the upgrading of industrial structure, among which the coverage breadth has the greatest impact; (2) The industrial structure promotion upgraded by digital inclusive fi nance is inhibited by economic policy uncertainty. (3) Digital inclusive fi nance has the greatest role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structures in the central region. After the introduction of economic policy uncertainty, the eastern and central regions still show inhibitory regulation, while the western region has no regulatory eff ect.
