数字经济驱动河北省绿色创新发展的对策研究

摘要: 随着数字经济的快速发展和日益严峻的环境问题，数字经济在绿色创新中的作用越来越受到关注。本文从绿色创新投入、产出及政府对绿色创新的支撑环境三方面对河北省绿色创新的能力展开分析，进一步研究河北省绿色创新存在的问题，并从提供数字化支持，提升绿色技术创新水平；加速数字化应用，普及绿色创新技术应用场景；打通数字化转型的传导机制，帮助企业深化数字化转型；缓解企业融资约束问题；制订差异化数字经济推动绿色创新产业政策等方面，提出数字经济驱动河北省绿色创新发展的策略，以供参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the digital economy and the increasingly urgent environmental issues, the digital economy in green innovation is gaining more and more attention. This article analyzes the green innovation capability in Hebei Province from the following three aspects: the investment and benefi t brought by the green innovation, and the supporting measures taken by the government. The article further explores the current problems in green innovation of Hebei and proposes the following strategies for the green innovation development driven by the digital economy: providing digital support to enhance green technological innovation, accelerating digital applications, popularizing green innovation technologies, facilitating the transmission mechanism of digital transformation, helping companies deepen their digital transformation, alleviating fi nancing constraints for enterprises, and formulating diff erentiated policies for the digital economy to promote green innovation industry.
