“一带一路”背景下中国与哈萨克斯坦能源贸易合作分析

摘要: 能源贸易合作是我国与“一带一路”沿线国家的重点合作领域，对于发展我国能源经济、推动能源结构升级具有重要作用。2023年正值“一带一路”倡议提出十周年，本文基于“一带一路”背景结合时代发展特色，研究中哈双方的能源贸易合作现状和发展特点，进一步剖析中哈双方能源经济贸易发展面临的困境，并提出具体的可行性意见。研究得出，中哈双方能源贸易往来有助于拓宽我国“一带一路”沿线贸易国家的能源研究口径分析，助力我国能源经济结构转型升级，为实现经济高质量发展提供新思路。

Abstract: Energy trade cooperation is a key area of collaboration between China and countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative, playing an important role in developing China's energy economy and promoting the upgrading of its energy structure. The year 2023 marks the tenth anniversary of the "Belt and Road" initiative. This paper examines the current state and development characteristics of energy trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan, in the context of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the characteristics of contemporary development. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the challenges faced by both parties in the development of energy economic trade and proposes specific and feasible recommendations. The study concludes that the energy trade exchanges between China and Kazakhstan contribute tobroadening the analytical scope of energy research among trade countries along the "Belt and Road," facilitating the transformation and upgrading of China's energy economic structure and providing new ideas for achieving high-quality economic development.
