ESG战略实施对快递物流企业经济发展的影响研究——以韵达股份为例

摘要: 随着我国电子商务经济的蓬勃发展，快递物流行业作为商品流通的中枢，其需求也越来越大。历经数十年的飞速成长，我国快递物流已晋身全球最庞大的快递市场行列之一。与此同时，作为一种衡量企业非经济发展的指标，ESG对企业财务健康及长远发展具有深刻影响。本文以韵达股份实施ESG的具体表现为例，研究ESG实施对企业发展的影响，有利于激发企业的ESG意识，积极承担ESG披露责任，使快递物流企业沿着健康、可持续的道路发展。

Abstract: With the continuous promotion of the new development pattern of the domestic macro-cycle as the main body and the domestic and international double-cycle, as well as the background of China’s booming e-commerce economy, the logistics industry, as the pivot of commodity circulation, has also increased its demand. After decades of rapid growth, China’s logistics sector has advanced to become one of the world’s largest express delivery markets. At the same time, ESG is increasingly recognized as a key indicator of corporate development. Studying the impact of corporate ESG implementation on corporate development is conducive to stimulating corporate ESG awareness, making corporations actively take responsibility for ESG disclosure, and also alleviating the information asymmetry between investors and corporations to a certain extent. As an index of corporate development beyond financial metrics, ESG has a profound impact on corporate fi nancial health and long-term development. By analyzing the specifi c performance of Yunda’s ESG implementation as a case study, this analysis will reveal the extent of its impact on corporate economic development, supporting its progression along a healthy and sustainable path.
