基于ISM模型的宁波舟山港港口竞争力影响因素分析

摘要: 随着全球航运业规模的不断扩大，宁波舟山港作为华东地区乃至全国的重要物流枢纽，正面临着前所未有的竞争压力。为了深入剖析宁波舟山港在激烈竞争中的竞争力影响因素，本文在广泛研究相关文献和进行专家访谈的基础上，精心选取了九个关键影响因素，构建了宁波舟山港港口竞争力影响因素的ISM模型。通过ISM模型，旨在探寻各风险因素之间的内在关联和相互影响关系，进而将这些因素合理划分为表层、中层和基础三个层次的影响因素，本文旨在为舟山港的持续健康发展提供坚实的理论支撑，提升其在全球港口竞争中的综合实力。

Abstract: As the scale of the global shipping industry continues to expand, the Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, as a signifi cant logistics hub in East China and even nationwide, is facing unprecedented competitive pressure. To analyze the competitive factors infl uencing Ningbo-Zhoushan Port amid intense competition, this paper extensively reviews relevant literature and conducts expert interviews to carefully select nine key infl uencing factors. It then constructs a detailed ISM (Interpretive Structural Modeling) model of the competitive factors aff ecting Ningbo-Zhoushan Port.Through the ISM model, the paper aims to explore the intrinsic connections and interrelationships among various risk factors. These factors are categorized into three levels: surface, middle, and foundational infl uences. The goal of this research is to provide a solid theoretical basis for the sustainable and healthy development of Zhoushan Port, enhancing its overall strength in global port competition.
