数字经济赋能新质生产力加速发展的实现路径与保障措施

摘要: 数字化技术的发展推动了生产力的巨大变革。新质生产力是基于互联网信息技术而产生的新型生产力形式，它的诞生无疑带来了深远影响。同时，数字技术的快速普及也为新质生产力的形成提供了条件与环境。与传统的生产力相比，新质生产力突出了创新要素的核心地位，这不仅揭示了数字经济的发展方向，还满足了经济高质量发展的标准。面对当前的科技革命和数字化趋势，我国需要更加关注数字技术对生产力的影响，研究数字经济如何有效推动新质生产力的发展、实现经济高质量发展，并进一步推动中国式现代化进程。

Abstract: The development of digital technologies has driven a profound transformation in productivity. New productive forces, emerging from internet and information technologies, represent a novel form of productivity with far-reaching impacts. The rapid spread of digital technology provides the necessary conditions and environment for the formation of these new productive forces. Compared to traditional productivity, new productive forces emphasize the central role of innovation, revealing the development direction of the digital economy while aligning with the standards for high-quality economic growth. In the face of the current technological revolution and digitalization trends, China needs to focus more on the impact of digital technologies on productivity. It is essential to explore how the digital economy can eff ectively drive the development of new productive forces, achieve high-quality economic growth, and further advance the process of Chinese modernization.
