进口国知识产权保护对中国ICT出口的影响研究——基于三元边际视角

摘要: 随着国际贸易环境日趋复杂化和动态化，知识产权保护已成为影响产品出口的重要因素，尤其是专利密集型产品；而深入研究出口的边际效应实质上是在分析贸易流动的深层次成因。基于此，本文选取2008—2022年中国ICT产品和16个国家之间的出口贸易数据，以三元边际为视角，运用引力模型实证考察进口国知识产权保护对中国ICT产品出口的影响。结果显示，进口国知识产权保护水平的提升有利于中国ICT产品出口，对出口的扩展边际、数量边际和价格边际均有一定影响，进一步对实证结果研究发现，我国ICT产品出口主要通过数量边际效应拉动增长。

Abstract: As the international trade environment becomes increasingly complex and dynamic, intellectual property protection has become a crucial factor aff ecting product exports, especially for patent-intensive products. In-depth research on the marginal eff ects of exports essentially analyzes the underlying causes of trade fl ows. On this basis, this paper selects data on China’s ICT products and export trade with 16 countries from 2008 to 2022, and empirically examines the impact of intellectual property protection in importing countries on China’s ICT product exports using a gravity model from the perspective of the ternary margin. The results indicate that the improvement in intellectual property protection levels in importing countries benefi ts China’s exports of ICT products. It has a certain impact on the expansion margin, quantity margin, and price margin of exports. Furthermore, empirical research reveals that the growth of China’s exports of ICT products is mainly driven by the quantity margin eff ect.
