中老铁路开通赋能云南省沿边经济发展的影响——基于磨憨—磨丁经济合作区的发展研究

摘要: 中老铁路的开通运营，标志着云南成为国内首个与老挝实现互联互通的省份，为推动云南与东盟国家经济、人文、旅游等全方位合作提供了基础和条件。磨憨—磨丁经济合作区是中老铁路的重要节点，也是云南沿边地区开发开放的重要平台，磨憨—磨丁经济合作区要抓住机遇、乘势而上，以中老铁路开通为契机，进一步加强与老挝的交流与合作，推动云南省经济社会发展。基于此，本文分析了中老铁路开通后，对沿线地区经济发展的影响，并提出促进云南省沿边地区经济发展的建议，以供参考。

Abstract: The opening and operation of the China-Laos Railway make Yunnan the fi rst province in China to achieve connectivity with Laos, providing a foundation and conditions for comprehensive cooperation between Yunnan and ASEAN countries in the fi elds of economy, culture, tourism, etc. The Mohan-Boten Border Economic Cooperation Zone is a crucial part of the China-Laos Railway and serves as an important platform for the development and opening up of Yunnan’s border areas. The economic cooperation zone must seize opportunities and take advantage of the situation. Taking the opportunity of the opening of the China-Laos Railway, China will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Laos, thereby promote the economic and social development of Yunnan. This article analyzes the economic development of the regions along the China-Laos Railway after its opening and proposes recommendations to promote economic development in the border areas of Yunnan Province for reference.
