浙江省数字贸易指标体系的构建与测度

摘要: 本文构建具有数字基础普惠、数字贸易规模、数字贸易潜力、数字贸易能力四个维度在内的浙江省数字贸易评价指标体系，并采用熵权法耦合协调模型对浙江省内11个地市近五年的数字贸易发展情况进行测度与评价。结果表明：浙江省2017—2021年数字贸易发展水平总体呈平稳发展态势，省内各地区之间的数字贸易发展水平存在差异，数字贸易体系内四个纬度的发展在地区间存在较大差异；耦合协调结果发现，浙江省整体的数字贸易发展耦合度平均较高，说明数字贸易四个维度之间具有较强的相互依赖、相互协调的关系。

Abstract: This article constructs an evaluation index system for digital trade in Zhejiang Province, including the following four dimensions: digital infrastructure inclusiveness, digital trade scale, digital trade potential, and digital trade capability. The entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model are employed to measure and evaluate the development of digital trade in eleven cities of Zhejiang Province over the past fi ve years. The results indicate that the overall level of digital trade development in Zhejiang from 2017 to 2021 has shown a stable trend, with diff erences in the level of digital trade development among different regions within this region. Significant variations exist in the development of the four dimensions of the digital trade system among diff erent regions. The coupling coordination results reveal that the overall coupling degree of digital trade development in Zhejiang is relatively high on average, indicating a strong interdependence and coordination among the four dimensions of digital trade.
