The spatial evolution of new industrialization from a nonlinear perspective
摘要: 新时代新征程,发展新质生产力、实现新型工业化是关键任务,同时,党的二十大报告还指出,要打造具有国际竞争力的数字产业集群。基于我国长三角41个城市群面板数据,结合产业集聚理论和知识溢出理论等,构建了半参数门限空间模型,以研究在新质生产力和数字产业集聚背景下城市新型工业化如何进行空间演进,结果表明:(1)新型工业化发展存在显著的空间正相关性,并且根据不同地区政府对于新质生产力关注度的不同,呈现出由低到高、再由高到低的三机制非对称型空间溢出效应;(2)数字产业集聚对城市新型工业化的发展呈现出复杂的非线性特征,具体表现为“促进一抑制一促进”三机制:(3)数字产业集聚对于城市新型工业化发展还呈现出一种负向的空间溢出效应。
Abstract: In the new era and new journey, developing new quality productive forces and achieving new industrialization are key tasks. At the same time, the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also pointed out the need to build a digital industry cluster with international competitiveness. Based on panel data from 41 urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta region of China, combined with industrial agglomeration theory and knowledge spillover theory, a semi parametric threshold spatial model was constructed to study how urban new industrialization evolves spatially under the background of new quality productivity and digital industry agglomeration. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant spatial positive correlation in the development of new industrialization, and according to the different levels of government attention to new quality productivity in different regions, it presents a three mechanism asymmetric spatial spillover effect from low to high, and then from high to low; (2) The agglomeration of digital industries presents complex nonlinear characteristics for the development of new industrialization in cities, specifically manifested in the three mechanisms of "promotion inhibition promotion"; (3) The agglomeration of digital industries also presents a negative spatial spillover effect on the development of new industrialization in cities.
