美术学科三三制培养模式研究 ——以湖北美术学院绘画专业教学为例

摘要: 2020 是湖北美术学院建校的100 周年，她是我国成立最早的美术院校之一，其发展历程和中国高等美术教育的演变过程是高度一致的。以传统写实主义体系为内核一路走来的学生培养模式、学科体系，在这里都可以看到印记、缩影。当下变化节奏与信息获取方式的多元，扩招与就业压力等现实问题促使我们紧随时代进行必要的改变。在保持优良的传统基础上尝试三三制的培养模式，由大类培养、专业培养、多元培养等阶段，引导学生最终走向专业研究、交叉复合、创业就业等三种发展路径，或许是我们针对新时代
背景下诸多境况可以选择的学生培养良性途径。

Abstract: This year is the 100th anniversary of the establishment of Hubei Institute of Fine Arts, which is one of the oldest fine arts colleges in China. Its development process is highly consistent with the evolution process of China’s higher fine arts education. With the traditional realism system as the core, the developing process of the student cultivating methods and discipline systems can be seen here. The current pace of change and the diversification of access to information, the expansion of enrollment and employment pressure and other practical issues are urging us to make necessary changes in line with the times. On the basis of maintaining the fine tradition, the “threethree system” cultivating method is tried. From the stages of general training, major
training and multiple training, students are eventually guided to three development paths of professional research, intersection and inter-discipline, as well as entrepreneurship and employment, which may be the benign cultivation paths that we can choose in view of many circumstances in the new era.
