摘要: 科教兴国战略旨在通过科技创新、教育改革和人才培养推动国家发展。在全球化和信息化背景下，该战略面临诸多挑战，包括科技创新水平差距、教育资源分配不均、科技成果转化难及人才流失等问题，制约了我国经济社会持续健康发展。为应对挑战，需优化科教兴国战略的政策环境，加强投入力度，完善体制机制，并强化国际合作与交流，以提升国际竞争力。未来，科教兴国战略将更加注重创新驱动、教育信息化与智能化发展，以及加强国际合作。本文深入分析了科教兴国战略的内涵、实施现状、面临挑战与未来趋势，提出针对性对策建议。通过加强科技创新、深化教育改革、强化人才培养，并积极参与国际合作，我国科教兴国战略将为经济社会持续健康发展提供有力支撑，助力国家在全球竞争中取得领先地位。

Abstract: The strategy of "science and education-led national development" aims to promote national development through scientific and technological innovation, educational reform, and talent cultivation. In the context of globalization and informatization, this strategy faces many challenges, including disparities in scientific and technological innovation levels, unequal distribution of educational resources, difficulties in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and talent loss. These challenges have constrained the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy and society. To address these challenges, we need to optimize the policy environment for the "science and education-led national development" strategy, strengthen investment, improve the institutional mechanism, and enhance international cooperation and exchanges to enhance international competitiveness. In the future, the "science and education-led national development" strategy will place greater emphasis on innovation-driven development, educational informatization and intelligentization, and enhanced international cooperation. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the connotation, implementation status, challenges faced, and future trends of the "science and education-led national development" strategy, and puts forward targeted policy recommendations. By strengthening scientific and technological innovation, deepening educational reform, and enhancing talent cultivation, and actively participating in international cooperation, the "science and education-led national development" strategy will provide strong support for the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy and society, and help the country achieve a leading position in global competition.
