平台经济背景下经济发展对就业匹配度的影响机制研究

摘要: 平台经济的发展为产业结构赋能，能够引发就业导向。文章选取2014—2021年省级面板数据，运用门槛效应模型和中介效应模型分析平台经济在经济发展水平与就业匹配度之间的关系。结果表明：(1)经济发展能够有效促进就业匹配度提升，平台经济在其中起着重要的推动作用；(2)地区经济发展对就业匹配度具有滞后影响，且能减少对就业匹配度的负向作用；(3)东部地区平台经济发展水平在经济发展促进就业匹配度方面已经呈现出明显的溢出效应，而平台经济发展水平对就业匹配度满足边际促进效应递减，因此，需要考虑平台经济发展水平的各项异质性指标来设定不同的增量和总量，进而提高人民幸福感。

Abstract: The development of the platform economy empowers industrial structure and can drive employment orientation. Using provincial panel data from 2014 to 2021, this paper employs threshold and mediation eff ect models to analyze the relationship between platform economy, economic development level, and employment matching. Results indicate that: (1) economic development eff ectively enhances employment matching, with the platform economy playing a signifi cant role in this improvement; (2) regional economic development has a lagging eff ect on employment matching, reducing negative impacts over time; (3) in the eastern region, platform economy development exhibits notable spillover effects on employment matching, although the marginal returns of platform economy development on employment matching diminishes over time. Consequently, considering heterogeneous indicators of platform economy development is recommended to adjust incremental and total levels, ultimately enhancing public well-being.
