基于DEA模型的安徽省物流效率评价研究

摘要: 现代物流既包含生产，也包含消费，在构建现代流通体系、促进形成强大国内市场、推动高质量发展、建设现代化经济体系中发挥着先导性、基础性、战略性作用。安徽省作为我国经济稳步增长的大省之一，现代物流业对于安徽省的经济发展起着举足轻重的作用。因此，本文通过建立以交通运输和仓储及邮政业就业人员、交通运输支出、等级公路里程为投入指标，以公路货物运输量、交通运输和仓储及邮政业增加值为产出指标的物流投入产出指标体系，运用DEA模型测度安徽省2021年16个地级市的物流综合效率、物流纯技术效率和物流规模效率，由此提出了完善行业制度、提升管理水平、适当缩减物流资源投入、培养高质量物流专业人才、加快数字化转型培育物流新质生产力等建议，仅供参考。

Abstract: Modern logistics, linking production with consumption, plays a pioneering, foundational, and strategic role in building a modern circulation system, promoting the formation of a strong domestic market, driving highquality development, and constructing a modern economic system. As one of the major provinces in China with steady economic growth, Anhui Province is undoubtedly infl uenced signifi cantly by the modern logistics industry in its economic development. Therefore, by establishing a logistics input-output index system with indicators such as employment in transportation, warehousing, and postal services, transportation expenditure, and graded highway mileage as input indicators, and highway freight volume, added value of transportation, warehousing, and postal services as output indicators, the article applies the DEA model to measure the comprehensive effi ciency, pure technical effi ciency, and scale effi ciency of logistics in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province in 2021. Furthermore, suggestions were proposed, including enhancing industry regulations, improving management levels, appropriately reducing logistics resource inputs, cultivating high-quality logistics professionals, and promoting the formation of new quality productivity through digital transformation.
