“先成熟、后整合”：信息资源管理一级学科演化路径及特征研究（定稿预印）

摘要: [目的/意义]信息资源管理一级学科在信息管理领域的形成，经历了“先成熟、后整合”的独特路径，其演化过程和整合特征体现了多学科融合的复杂性和应对信息化、数字化需求的必然性。研究这一演化路径与特征，有助于深化对学科建设和未来发展的认识，为信息资源管理的理论创新提供新的视角。[方法/过程]本文通过系统的文献梳理和比较分析，探讨图书馆学、情报学、档案学等二级学科如何在各自成熟发展的基础上逐步整合为信息资源管理一级学科，并分析该学科在信息化社会中不断发展的驱动因素。[结果/结论]研究揭示了信息资源管理一级学科的形成动因和发展趋势，表明该学科通过多学科融合满足了信息社会的复杂需求，具有系统化、创新性发展的潜力。

Abstract: Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] The formation of the first-level discipline of information resource management in the field of information management has experienced a unique path of "first maturity, then integration". Its evolution process and integration characteristics reflect the complexity of multidisciplinary integration and the inevitability of responding to the needs of informatization and digitalization. The study of this evolutionary path and characteristics is helpful to deepen the understanding of the discipline construction and future development, and provide a new perspective for the theoretical innovation of information resource management. [Method/Process] Through systematic literature review and comparative analysis, this paper discusses how library science, information science, archives science and other secondary disciplines are gradually integrated into the first-level disciplines of information resource management on the basis of their respective mature development, and analyzes the driving factors for the continuous development of this discipline in the information society. [Result/Conclusion] The research reveals the formation motivation and development trend of the first-level discipline of information resource management, indicating that the discipline meets the complex needs of the information society through the integration of multiple disciplines, and has the potential of systematic and innovative development.
