数字基础设施建设是否提升了地区的创新注意力？——来自大数据的证据

摘要: 创新是中国实现高质量发展的必由之路。本文基于2010-2021 年互联大数据，选用多期DID 模型，实证检验了数字基础设施建设对地区创新注意力的影响。研究发现，数字基础设施建设对地区创新注意力有显著促进作用经过PSM、平行趋势、异质性处理效应等方法检验后结论稳健。异质性分析表明，数字基础设施建对创新注意力的作用效果在不同的城市类型、城市区位、城市特征不尽相同。作用机制研究显示：数字基础设施建设会通过加强当地的市场信心、创业活跃度等媒介提升创新注意力。研究内容有助于拟请数字基础设施建设与创新注意力之间的关系，为国家创新发展提供政策依据。

Abstract: Innovation is the only path for China to achieve high-quality development. This paper, based on internet big data from 2010 to 2021, uses a multi-period DID model to empirically test the impact of digital infrastructure construction on regional innovation attention. The study finds that digital infrastructure construction has a significant positive effect on regional innovation attention. The conclusion is robust after tests such as PSM, parallel trends, and heterogeneous treatment effects. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the impact of digital infrastructure on innovation attention varies across different city types, locations, and characteristics. Mechanism analysis shows that digital infrastructure construction enhances innovation attention by strengthening local market confidence, entrepreneurship activity, and other factors. The research contributes to understanding the relationship between digital infrastructure construction and innovation attention, providing policy implications for national innovation development.
