高新技术产业集群打造新质生产力引擎的研究——以浙江衢州为例

摘要: 产业集群是推动新质生产力发展的重要载体，本文以浙江衢州为例，深入剖析其在培育产业集群方面的优劣势。研究表明，衢州市在新材料、新能源、集成电路等六大标志性产业集群的建设上取得了显著成效，同时也面临着产业规模小、创新能力不足、同质化竞争等问题。通过加强技术创新、提升质量管理、完善政策支持等措施，可以有效推动产业集群的发展，进而培育新质生产力，促进地区经济增长。

Abstract: Industrial cluster is an important carrier to promote the development of new quality productive forces. This paper takes Quzhou in Zhejiang Province as an example to analyze its advantages and disadvantages in cultivating industrial clusters. The research shows that Quzhou City has achieved remarkable results in the development of six signature industrial clusters, such as new materials, new energy and integrated circuits, but also faces problems such as small industrial scale, insufficient innovation ability and homogeneous competition. Through strengthening technological innovation, improving quality management, refining policy support and other measures, the city will effectively promote the development of industrial clusters, thus cultivating new quality productive forces and boosting regional economic growth.
