扩区机遇下前海合作区制造业服务化的发展研究

摘要: 随着“中国特色社会主义先行示范区”“前海深港现代服务业合作区”等国家战略部署落地和深圳前海地区对外开放及国际合作的加深，前海合作区的现代服务业及制造业服务化发展表现出加速趋势，但也存在制造业服务化起步晚、水平低，受所在产业链、供应链环节限制，服务化转型条件弱，受管理体制和产业生态等外部因素制约等问题。为此，本文提出从政策支持、加强研发投入和品牌建设、营造制造业服务化的产业生态和加强相关支持措施等方面支持前海合作区制造业服务化的发展。

Abstract: With the implementation of national strategic deployments such as the Pilot Zone for Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, as well as the deepening of opening up and international cooperation in the Qianhai area of Shenzhen, the modern service industry and service-oriented manufacturing development in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone have shown an accelerating trend. However, there are problems such as the late start and low level of service-oriented manufacturing development, limitations in the industrial and supply chains, weak conditions for service-oriented transformation, and external constraints including management systems and industrial ecology. This paper suggests that it is necessary to encourage the service-oriented development of the manufacturing industry in Qianhai Cooperation Zone from policy support, strengthening R&D investment and brand building, creating an industrial ecology, and enhancing support measures.
